In 2014, the first fast-charging E-smart locomotive was successfully tested on Guangzhou’s Metro line 9.

In 2015, the first fast-charging E-smart locomotive began to be used by the Singapore Metro.

In 2016, based on our products’ wide use for tunnel construction, we found that construction safety and efficiency are the most important issues for customers. In order to supply better services to TBM and other users, our communication technology engineers solved difficult problems with automatic networking and wireless transmission technology in tunnels. At the same time, the intelligent control team solved technical difficulties related to locomotive orientation and AI operations. In the same year, we developed the world's first unmanned E-smart locomotive and it passed laboratory testing.

In 2017, our driverless technology and fast-charging technology have been promoted from Beijing to Guangzhou, from Shanghai to Lanzhou, and from Singapore to Israel. The E-SMART LOCOMOTIVE provides a new solution for the world of TBM construction, and has changed TBM construction methods, helping builders finish tunnel construction tasks safely and with high efficiency, while ensuring environmental protection.
