Shenzhen institute of advanced technology, Chinese academy of sciences (SIAT) is established by Chinese academy of sciences, Shenzhen
people‘s government and the Chinese university of Hong Kong in Shenzhen. It is a national research institution and affiliates to Chinese academy of
sciences. SIAT is also the first independent institute focusing on integration technology research. Based on fast-charging technology, Wingo Power cooperated with
SIAT in the aspects of battery material and developed dynamic system with the advantages of fast-charging, high stability, long life and high safety. It has been
applied in Metro tunnel construction, and improved the construction efficiency, reduced the construction cost greatly.
Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) was established in 2000 by Hong Kong government. Its mission is to
assist the development of technology-based industries through applied research. More than 400 R&D professionals gathered in ASTRI, among them 27 percent have
PHDS, and more than 50 percent have master's degrees. Team leaders are distinguished experts from different technology fields. The researchers are conducting
