Introduction

TDCMS(TBM Digital Construction Manage System)developed by Wingo Power is a set of digital construction management system, which can be applied specially in tunnel construction with no network and signal inside.

The system consists of T-WMS10 (Wireless Micro-base Station)、T-DVL10 (Digital Duplex Voice Label)、T-HVP10 (High Precision Vehicle Positioning Device)、T-DVM10 (Dynamic Video Monitor)、M-LRM10 (Locotimove Roaming Micro-station) and T-MHR10 (Multi-network Hybrid Router).

The system has the capabilities of data collection, voice communication, video monitoring, synchronous transmission and other functions, which can help constructers to monitor the running and working status of mechanical equipment at any time, reach the aim of scientific and safe construction.

TBM tunnel micro base station

The tunnel micro-base station is an intelligent wireless base station designed for tunnel construction. It can provide efficient transmission bandwidth and realize tunnel WiFi coverage. It can apply to auto networking and equipment access. Aluminum case , IP67 protection level,  ambient temperature range(-40 ℃~80 ℃),  suitable for other rugged environment.

Multi-network hybrid router

Multi-network hybrid router can modulate the network signal to the existing wire. Therefore, the existing wire can transmit not only the electricity but also network signal at the same time. The working principle is transmit high frequency signal by wires. That is to say, the high frequency signal containing data can be loaded on the current, and the data can be transmitted by power electricity.
